Opiate Detox

We connect clients with a trusted opiate detox center that will provide a safe, comfortable and effective detox experience. After opiate detox, we’ll bring your loved one back to our facility for the next stage of treatment.

Young Adult Opiate Program

Your loved one will journey through treatment with peers who share similar struggles. Opiate treatment is engaging and tailored to the specific needs of young people. Clients learn healthier ways to cope without using painkillers, heroin or other opiates.

Young adults develop the coping and communication skills they need to not only stay sober, but also to create a life that is fun and fulfilling.

Opiate-Focused Groups

We offer weekly groups on issues specific to heroin, opiate and painkiller addiction. Led by our addiction specialists, opiate groups include education on relapse prevention, STDs, IV drug use and nutrition, and recovery skills.

Why It’s Effective

Clients learn about the benefits of a drug-free life and what they need to do in order to rebuild their physical and emotional health.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Our physicians prescribe Vivitrol® as appropriate to ease cravings and help prevent relapse. We provide Vivitrol assessments, medication and follow up. We may also prescribe other medications such as naltrexone and buprenorphine to help with opiate withdrawal symptoms.

Why It’s Effective

With fewer cravings and greater comfort, clients are better able to stay sober in the face of triggers that led to painkiller or heroin abuse in the past.

Relapse Prevention

Clients practice healthy coping skills to face life’s challenges. After opiate treatment, they’ll have a toolbox of resources that empowers them to deal with triggers before they become recovery barriers.

People in recovery need an arsenal of relapse prevention strategies to stay sober and fill the space once occupied by opiate, painkiller or heroin abuse.

Family Therapy

We help families learn how to best support their loved one in recovery – and take care of themselves. Family members participate in family therapy via phone or in person. They also receive regular phone updates and opportunities to visit their loved one.
