Outpatient Services

Adult and adolescent intensive outpatient services are available three days a week. A customized program can include individual and family counseling and can be coordinated to meet individual requirements and special needs.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Park Bench’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, 3:30pm to 6:30pm. It is necessary that IOP clients attend a minimum of nine hours of treatment to attain the IOP level of care. This group focuses on education, problem solving, coping skills, relapse prevention and a variety of other subjects that are catered to the group needs. This service can be used as a step down from a higher level of care, or a step up when more services are needed. Clients are required to attend AA/NA meetings in addition to IOP. This modality is primarily group oriented with individual and family therapy offered.

Individual Counseling

Park Bench offers individual counseling for substance abuse, whether it is the addicted or recovering person or a loved one. Therapy is provided in our offices with a credentialed therapist who monitors the care, develops an individualized treatment plan, and makes referrals to other services as needed. Individual therapy can be a stand-alone service, or in addition to other services being provided. Drug testing may be provided while attending individual counseling, if needed.
